1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be packed and shipped as soon as possible.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver orders within 1 to 5 days, depending on the distance from our location.

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

3. Payment Policy

Orders will be shipped only after full payment is received.

We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash (for local pickups only).

4. Exchange Policy

Exchange is available only for size or color issues.

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Exchange request must be made within 2 days of delivery.

Customer must send product back to us for exchange. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

5. Return & Refund Policy

No refunds on orders unless the product is received in damaged condition.

If you receive a damaged item, you must inform us within 24 hours with clear photos/video proof.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once packed or shipped.

For early cancellation (before packing), please contact us immediately.

7. Product Disclaimer

Actual product color may slightly vary due to lighting and screen settings.

Measurements may differ by 1–2 cm due to manual cutting and stitching.
